Our Conference room, meeting room and Flex office are available to rent Monday-Friday however priority is given to our members with an annual plan. Annual Member Plans provide several benefits:

• Self service booking reservations and access
• Rent spaces by the hour at our reduced member rates
• Book use of meeting rooms by the hour instead of by the day

Non members (without an annual plan) may rent the Conference room by the day, Monday-Friday. The rate is $500 for an 8 hour block. This fee is paid at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance and must be made at least 14 days in advance. It is necessary to schedule an in person appointment with our staff before your first booking to sign a copy of the rental agreement and provide a copy of your drivers license.
